A Few Words

About Me

From panic mode to excellence

Change is Good

Founding my own internet startup back in in 1997, I have first-hand experience in crisis management. Successfully navigating the dot com bubble in 2020 was the first of many challenges. I founded multiple other companies, facilitaed several M&A deals, and grew into a consultant for companies looking for change. By now, I’m a freelance crisis consultant, helping companies of all sizes and any industry through critical challenges that have the potential to destroy the business model.

In the end, it all comes down to how quickly and effeciently you deal with a threat.
Food for thought

Turning crisis into clarity. No doubt left.

A crisis doesn’t define your business. What defines it is what you do next. And with the right strategy, every setback can become the starting point for something stronger.

Creative in All Aspects

In business, crises rarely arrive announced. One day, everything seems under control. The next, numbers stop adding up, pressure mounts, and decisions you thought were simple suddenly feel impossible. As an owner or managing director, it can feel like you’re losing control—losing the overview, losing objectivity.

A crisis forces clarity. It exposes weaknesses you’ve been ignoring, reveals risks you didn’t see coming, and demands that you face uncomfortable truths. That can feel overwhelming—but it’s also where real transformation begins. Because when we strip a business down to its essentials, we gain something priceless: the power to rebuild stronger, leaner, and more resilient than before.

That’s exactly when most leaders make their biggest mistakes: reacting instead of acting, clinging to what once worked instead of seeing what’s possible now. I’ve seen this pattern countless times—and I know one thing for sure: every crisis carries a hidden opportunity.

This is where I come in. I bring structure into chaos, calm into uncertainty, and perspective into the noise. Together, we analyze your situation with precision, identify hidden risks before they escalate, and create clear, actionable strategies that protect assets, restore control, and unlock new potential. I’m not here to offer generic advice—I’m here to work alongside you, as your sparring partner, strategist, and sounding board.

Experience has taught me that successful turnarounds don’t happen by chance. They happen when you combine decisive action with the right expertise, when you have someone who can see both the financial and legal realities clearly, and when you’re willing to make bold but calculated decisions.
